Our Food Pantry serves hundreds of families in the North Lawndale community every week. With support from the Greater Chicago Food Depository and hundreds of dedicated volunteers, we ensure that individuals facing hunger have reliable access to groceries and essentials.

Residents in ZIP codes 60608, 60612, 60623, and 60624 are eligible to receive food.

Three Hot Meals, Every Day.
Nutritious meals are critical to recovery, healing, and growth. Every day, A Safe Haven serves approximately 1,200 meals to over 400 residents living on our main campus—free of charge.
Residents enjoy:
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily
A cafeteria-style dining experience
Access to healthy snacks and beverages via vending machines
Fresh fruit and special dietary items available upon request
Our goal is to foster a supportive, welcoming environment where every meal is a step toward stability and health.
