A Safe Haven Foundation Honored as Sole Beneficiary of the
2025 Chicago Auto Show & Largest Canned Food Drive
Chicago, IL, February 10, 2025 – A Safe Haven Foundation (ASHF) is once again honored to be the sole beneficiary of the 2025 Chicago Auto Show and the city’s largest canned food drive, taking place from February 12-14, 2025 at McCormick Place. A Safe Haven Foundation will once again be supported by generous attendees who contribute to Chicago’s largest canned food drive to combat food insecurity in local communities.

Inc., and all the car enthusiasts and families who donate to this critical cause,” said Mark G. Mulroe, President of A Safe Haven Foundation. “Additionally, we want to extend a very special thank you to Jennifer Morand, President of CATA and General Manager of the Chicago Auto Show, whose unwavering support of A Safe Haven Foundation has been instrumental in making this event a success year after year. From February 12-14, 2025, attendees who bring three cans of food to the Chicago Auto Show will receive a $5 discount on a full-price adult ticket. Thanks to the generosity of the auto show attendees, organizers are confident they will collect several boxes full of canned goods, all of which will be distributed through A Safe Haven’s Community Food Pantry.
Located just five miles from McCormick Place, the pantry will continue to serve as a critical resource for families living in the surrounding food desert, offering vital resources to those in need.
